This site exists because athletes are more than stat lines.
Too often, players are identified and judged solely by performance, while the human being behind the uniform goes unseen. Baseball is what I do—but it’s not all that I am. This space is an open door for fans, supporters, and critics alike to get to know me beyond the field.
Cosmic Baseball games move fast. There’s never enough time to connect with everyone, answer every question, or share every conversation that matters. Social media helps—but messages get missed. Emails don’t. This site creates a place where real connection can happen.
If a fan has a question, I want to answer it. If a young ballplayer needs encouragement, I want to give it. If someone is searching for perspective, confidence, or belief, I want to be present.
Baseball and softball are beautiful games. They shape character, create community, and give kids around the world a place to belong. I know that because the game changed my life.
When I was five years old, growing up on the southwest side of Chicago, I met Frank Thomas—my favorite player at the time. The White Sox used to let kids run the bases after Saturday games. Before one of those games, my mom flagged him down during warmups, and we took a picture together. That moment meant everything. It made the dream real.
This site exists because I want to give that feeling back—as many times as I can, for as long as I can.
This is a place for connection, honesty, and access. Not just to the player—but to the person.
